 At Heart's Desire® Coaching, I want to share with you a simple two-step process that allows insight into what you really want from life.

The first short step is finding what your heart wants.  See explanation below.

The second step is designing a plan to achieve what you truly want. This step could take two or three months to do, and depends on you and how determined you are in transforming your life and truly living the life you desire. All of the guidance you receive will be focused on your needs and concerns that stop you from achieving what you really want to do with your life.

I am a short term coach who uses a dash of humor, a pinch of wit, and a generous helping of insight to help you to be on your way to achieving your Heart's Desire®.

What makes Sandra's Coaching Different?

Sandra Radnovich does her business/life coaching by using just two distinct steps that can be done in one month or up to three months depending on how ready you are to live your Heart's Desire®.

Sandra conducts her coaching via teleconference once a week. Coaching over the telephone is a powerful method because it eliminates distractions and is highly cost effective. Because of the elimination of distractions, you are better able to focus on the content of the conversation. In addition, there is no time wasted traveling to appointments and no travel expense. The coaching will take place in the comfort of your home or office, allowing you to be in a relaxed, safe place able to focus on the dynamics of the coaching session.

Step One

The emphasis of Step One is Getting to your Heart's Desire! Within you is your real truth, your essence, what gives you passion to be on the planet. Like a desire that burns so deeply you think "I can't do that". Or thoughts that keep you up at night contemplating what you want to do with your life, but how do you create it? It seems so big you don't even know where to start.

In the first step process Sandra brings the real you to the surface. How, you may ask? This is done through the sequential posing of related questions during a 30-45 minute telephone conversation. This step usually takes one or two sessions depending on how deeply you have buried your true Heart's Desire.

This part of the process gets your energy flowing, and moving in the direction that is right for you. Consider it is as natural as breathing. So, if you have your Heart's Desire on the tip of your tongue, or if you need some probing, she promises that it won't hurt. That is why we do our work together over the telephone.

Within a brief session or two, you will clearly see the life path you truly desire to live. Now, all we have to do is design a plan to make it a reality.

Step Two

In Step Two you design a plan that makes your Heart's Desire come alive. This part of the process is also done over the phone during a 30-45 minute prearranged weekly conversation.

Please note that Step two takes longer to complete, about 4-10 weeks. However, in the coaching world, this is a very short time. If you have been waiting all of your life to live life your way, then waiting another two or three months is hardly any time at all.

During this stage we work together to make your Heart's Desire® come alive. She will share with you proven strategies that have worked with many of her clients. However, be reminded that it takes hard work, focus, determination, and commitment to make it happen.

As your business/life coach, she will provide you with the tools and resources that are needed, so that you can proceed in a way that works best for you to achieve your destiny.

When you know what you want (step 1) and you know how to go about getting it (step 2) life is good and your business is a success. Then the rest of your world starts to fall into place and make more sense.
